NEST By-Laws

By joining the clan "Crow" or any of "Crow's Affiliates" you agree to the NEST By-Laws Terms Of Service. In this article "Our" means "Leaders".

Our clan affiliates are any clan tag with the following: ex1-100 · crow · bird · x1-100 · lord · mafia · goonr · ak47 · haxs · navi · ikran.

By accepting this you understand that this can change and be modified at any time. This applies to everything. We reserve the right to ban, remove, kick, or anything related upon joining our Server and/or Team. We also reserve the right to "remove" without reason. "Remove" can be anything from permanent ban to derank.

By joining this server and/or team we control you. Failure to follow requests will result in punishment based on the "leaders".

The leaders are: Nobody, S3vii, Semi_Crippled, Socks, Ziplock, Bigus DIckus, Blooprintluvr69, FreshMeat, Vincero, Tyson, and Ikran.

We retain the right to also make up rules, leaders, clan tags and anything else at our own wish.

At The Nest, we are more than a gaming community — we are a home. We are built on friendship, respect, and the belief that everyone deserves a place where they belong. No matter your background, skill level, or playstyle, you are welcome here.

We strive to create an environment where teamwork is valued, competition is honorable, and every member is treated with dignity. We lift each other up, support one another through wins and losses, and build lasting connections beyond the game.

In The Nest, respect is expected, inclusiveness is essential, and community comes first. Together, we create a space where everyone can grow, compete, and feel at home.

Any cheaters, insiders, or rule breakers CAN AND WILL be banned by the leaders. Remember we have the right to "remove you" with reason at our own will.

Cheaters will not be given a second chance until the ban timer is up (see A.4 for ban time). Insiders also follow the same punishment as cheaters along with rule breakers.

Snail is not allowed in our Server — any%. Former, Current, or Affiliated with. Any person formerly "removed" by the leaders is not allowed back unless the "leaders" give access.

Any attempt to twist the words written in this document will result in a "remove".

Note: S3vii or Ziplock may override standard ban timers and reinstatement conditions at any time.

Anything 18+ content (except for Gambling, Drinking, and Smoking) is NOT ALLOWED, unless approved by 50%+ of leaders (S3vii or Ziplock may override).

This applies to all content shared within our Discord server, team voice channels, community areas, and any affiliated Crow Clan platforms.

• 01 Do not ping @everyone unless we are getting raided.
• 02 Do not spam ping individuals or roles.
• 03 Try to keep strong language to a "reasonable amount".
• 04 No 18+ content — refer to Article A.5 for full details.
• 05 You must be 13+ years old to join our Server.
• 06 Do not impersonate other members, leaders, or external figures.

Follow the rules at all times unless S3vii or Ziplock explicitly says otherwise. Their authority supersedes standard rules where applicable.
